Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are there specific locations for your picnics?

Picnics can be in one of our preferred parks or a location of your choice (subject to additional fees) such as your backyard or living room. Our preferred parks are Brown's Island, Libby Hill, Rockett's Landing, Dorey Park.

Q:  Is this just for date night?

No picnics are great for a variety of occasions, from birthdays, family gathering or just because.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?

We ask for 72 hour advance notice for all bookings so that we can prepare your picnic. We recommend booking as soon as possible as dates quickly fill up and availability is limited.

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

We understand Mother Nature plays by her own rules. If rain is on the forecast we will reach out to you to see if you'd like to reschedule, based on our availability. We can also arrange an indoor picnic at your place if you’d like.

Q: Can I add additional time?

You sure can! Select as many additional hours as needed when booking.

Q: Something has come up can I reschedule or cancel?

We understand things happen. Please reschedule as early as possible. Cancellations less then 48 hours are subject to full payment. Looking to cancel? See our cancellation policy below.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with 48 hours of your scheduled picnic, will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Q: I'm vegetarian/vegan. Do you have any options for me?

Of course! Let us know in the notes when booking if you have any dietary restrictions.

Q: I would like to add something to my picnic, but I didn't see it? Can I make a special request?

We love special request! Contact us with your request.
